Perhaps Joan is wearing roses because she is practically married to this job now. And the red roses on a black background suggest that this is another scene where she is protecting herself in regards to the relationship at hand. She's doing what she feels is best for the "marriage," which involves harsh action.

I think that you should love your body regardless, and I agree with the statement that Disney princess movies should represent diversity, but promoting someone whose health is clearly in danger is not something that I can imagine most parents would be happy about.

What's the difference between this and the Toyota campaign where one view gave a meal? I don't remember outrage coming from that. In fact, just the opposite! I agree with Richard, this is a bit of an overreaction....
