Hey Ben. No underwear needed when you have running shorts. That's what the liner is for. And like sparky says, time to invest in a proper running shirt that wicks the moisture away. We've got tons of them here from when we ran the LA Marathon. They're amazing. But, they'll still make your nipples bleed so you better get some protection at www.nipguards.com. Or Bandaids (which is a lot cheaper).

Good luck on the upcoming marathon. I did the LA Marathon when I was losing weight in 2008. It was intense and an amazing experience. Are Jed and your Pa doing it too? I'm assuming yes but I may have missed a post about that.
