I AM DONE...... 81 on REG and I am out.

I spent 45 days on each section and passed everyone on my first try. Work hard and study hard and you will pass this test. Good Luck to everyone

I have been waiting on this score since 7/10. I literally cannot stop thinking about my score.
This is my last section, and I want to be done with this already.

Jeff,

Has the AICPA ever released scores, and within the same day NASBA releases the scores? Could NASBA turnover the scores that quick?

Remember Jeff is just predicting what is going to happen. He honestly does not know what the AICPA is going to do and when. Only the AICPA knows that. But, I would believe the AICPA will release some scores today.

I have used Becker for every section of the CPA exam. I think Becker did a good job with BEC, AUD and FAR. REG however, I think Becker could have prepared me a little better, but we will see when I get my score back. GOOD LUCK

Good luck with all of that. I remember college auditing did help with AUD but I am so glad to have studied with Becker on that section. I took all my tests in a 6 month period, before my masters program started, while working part-time. I was rushed with my last section (REG) because I had school and CPA studying to do. During that time, I had 2 wks of 12 + hour days of studying. I dont think I could do that again, I was so over it after REG. Hopefully I will pass this last section and be done.

Oh wow. All 4 in one test window. That is amazing. How did you do on BEC? Did you alredy get your score back? I think its amazing that you took all 4 sections within the testing window.

The only way I get by without checking the website every 5 minutes, is drink some beer and hanging out with my family. This only works because I am waiting on my last seciton. Usually I just study twice as hard so I forget about the up and coming score releases

I took the exam on the 10th of July and I have passed already passed 3 sections. This is my last section and I cannot wait for these scores to come out...

Question:

How do I know if I had a new Simulation? What topics might these new sims cover?

I just want to make sure that I am going to get my score in the first window, because the anticipation is killing me. I want to be done with this exam!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the same boat that you are. I felt confident after AUD and I scored an 86. After BEC and FAR I felt like crap afterwards, but ended up with an 88 and an 82, respectively. If you put in the same amount of time, I doubt your scores will falter that much.

Best of luck to you. If you put in 12 hrs a day, you can pas each section. Just take your take 1 part at a time and you can do this. I have read some incredible stories about people passing these exams with only 30 hours of study time, if you have over 100 hrs, I know you will do well. Keep the positive attitude.

I guess, I'll be the first person to rant in this section.

I took REG 7/10 and I am not feeling to good about my score. The simulations were pretty hard, but I got hit hard on the communications tab. Both questions were very detailed and I had to make my best educated guess on each question.

What kind of partial credit do you think I can receive on communication?

Other than that. I will be eargerly waiting to see my score. This is my last section, and I hope I passed.

It all depends on how much time you have before your next section. I took my sections 6 weeks apart, so I would take 3-4 days off from studying and then get right back into studying.

I got nervous about my scores everytime, but I wouldn't let that get in the way of my studying. Just make sure you dont burn yourself out.

In my opinion, Becker takes a little bit longer to study with than other programs. I would think you need at least 3 weeks to get all of your studying in. You can do it quickier, its all about how much time you are going to put into studying per day....

For simulations, dont forget about partial credit. I took becker and I feel that 1 of my simulations was not covered very well on Becker. The other simulation I learned the day before the test, so I was hopefully decent on that one. Also for me, the two essay questions were difficult. One of them was asking about BEC material, and that totally threw me off. I am counting down the days until I get my score back. This is my last section, so I am extra nervous about it. I passes the first 3 sections on my first try, so hopefully I can complete the sweep, but who knows. I am very nervous.

I have never done well on those final exams. I feel that Becker uses the MCs that go along with their videos courses in their passmaster. But, when it comes to the final exam, they throw everything at you. The best thing you can do, is learn what you missed, how you missed it, and how to fix it. Take that into consideration and you should be fine.

I have used the research tab a couple of times for my simulation. I think its a great idea, but like Jeff said, make sure you have enough time.
