I don't think so.

The world is filled with deniers like you - and you have nothing better to do than to sit here and scream and hollar against the obvious. This isn't some case where we, the public, don't have information and are just going off of emotion. We have official documents. Period.

Sure there is evidence that hasn't been released - but what has been released is enough for me. So I guess it is a darn good thing I am not in Florida and won't be called for any jury. But even if I were, I could see past what has been released and go with evidence presented in court....which I'm sure a seated jury will be able to do. And then they will find her GUILTY.

But again...there is no way you can prove her innocent - now can you? If so...please do and I'll never post on the subject again. But until that day, I'll be here day in and day out speaking my piece....going with obvious data, not emotion.

So either put up or shut up.

I agree. This slight delay is tactical. But even if the judge goes against any media request to have it released, it is no big deal. In the end everything will come out....everything. And we will be none too surprised when Casey is found guilty - because there is no way she can ever be found INNOCENT because she isn't. Period.

Just in case anyone hasn't actually read the stay order....the judge, IMHO, is clearly not too happy with Mr. Conway. In the order it says "For reasons unknown to the court...." (paraphrashing) you stupid lawyer only noticed the court....the real interested parties are the media!! Quit wasting my time!!

Okay, here is the deal....ya'll get a temporary (underline temporary) hold until the media is notified and I get proper written response then I'll release everything to the public. Oh, you don't think I'll do that....watch me. I'm a judge. I can do anything I want. Haven't you been watching the news. Judges get to do whatever we want in this country - and I'm a judge. Now stop wasting my time!!

Well, this story is incomplete. It says that they didn't make the connection until recently -but they didn't say what lead them to the connection to find over 100 photographs. Regardless, he looks like a creepy old pedophile. Good thing he is off the street.

The cadaver dogs hit on the area under her play area (I forget what they called it). You sympathizers are all alike. You can barely read and you push aside obvious truths and facts to focus on lore and make believe. But call it whatever you want, Casey will never see freedom again (whether she dies by lethal injection or of old age in jail). And if her parents keep going the way they are going, they will end up in jail right along side of her. They are all disgusting and make any normal person sick to their stomach.

I think I know what you are trying to say. What I like to say is - the truth is the truth is the truth. A person can twist it, yell at it, wish it be something else as much as they want, but the truth will always be the truth.

Take a look at what just happened today. Brad Conway went on Larry King Live a month or so ago with George and Cindy and said that the report of duct tape on Caylee's head was false. But it wasn't. It was true. It was true because objective third parties stated what they observed. Just because Brad Conway and the liar family Anthony's want it to be something else doesn't make it so.

Just because the liar Anthony's want to place blame at someone else besides Casey - doesn't make it so. And mostly just because Cindy says Casey was a good mom doesn't make that so either. Casey was a garbage mom. Plain and simple. No amount of chest pounding or twising of facts is gonna change that. No amout of point the finger at a made up nanny is gonna change the fact that casey had everything to do with caylee's death.

That is the bottom line and nothing will be able to change that. Nothing.

It's about flippin time!! I saw no reason to hold off the check fraud case until after the murder case!! Let's just get this show on the road!!

Of course, now Brad Conway is gonna do a motion to hold off getting the tattoo photographed because when it is released to the public it will cause undue stress and strain on the anthony's!! LOL They suck!

I agree!! All those people who love to scream "but she is innocent until proven guilty"....they all need to just sit down and really understand the legal system.

It is funny, however, that those video's of her stealing Amy's money (especially at Bank of America) haven't been surpressed as too inflamatory. And the funny part is, I have an account at BOA and we love to shop at Target. I wonder if I go in there with a fake credit card with Casey Anthony's name on it if I can buy some beer and a push up bra!!

Sheller, I picked up on that (although it was a lie) a long time ago - and it was easily explained away not as a flub, but as 'plans changed'. I know that when my kids were younger and I had to have them at a sitter (we were not rich enough to afford a nanny, we could only afford sitters)....sometimes plans changed and I went and picked them up earlier. Don't get me wrong - I know that everything she said was a lie, but even inside of her lie world - her going to pick up the baby after "work" after she told her dad she would be spending the night could still be believable.

I agree. Christian or not - what does that have to do with anything? I am Christian but by the way that zealots make it sound is if you have faith then all of a sudden you leave you brain at the door. That is pure C rap.

When I leave my house, before I close the door - I check three times to make sure I have my keys with me. When I get in the car, I check three times to makes sure the doors are closed and locked so none of the kids "accidently" fall out the car.

Heck, when I buy groceries I check a few times to make sure I brought everything in the house. There is NO WAY that you accidently forget that your child is still in the car for TWO HOURS. Regardless of the communication on who was going to bring the kid in - you would notice after ...oh 1 minutes that the kid isn't in the house.

COME ON!!!

Exactly. I mean, don't get me wrong - I'd never be on the other end of a gun pointed at someone in a robbery...but if I were...this sounded like a sweetheart deal to take. Now the idiot will most likely be looking at life (which may be what he wanted in the first place). I dunno...I spent the night in jail once (a long time ago, I was drunk, there were donkey's involved...long story)...and it wasn't nice. I can't imagine a lifetime of that. That's like having to live in my bathroom. Yuck.

Oh puhleeesssee. I don't know why you people try so hard to hand hold the criminals in our society. Maybe that is why we have so many. It isn't a question that a drug user can be a robbery victim...it is that this particular "victim" isn't suppose to be using drugs (that the first part) - and I'm sure tracking the evidence for this POS isn't that difficult. It is a shame that people want to circle their wagons around idiots like this. It's amazing.
