According to the story printed above, Senator Ben Cardin was "a1967 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (1st in his class), [and] he earned his B.A. degree in 1964 from the University of Pittsburgh (cum laude).

And yet, the above story quotes him directly as saying (my emphasis in bold):

"The United States is provide incredible amount of military equipment to the Ukrainians. I think 75 billion dollars to date. We’ve organized the international community [which] provided a great deal of assistance. Can we do more should be doing more? Absolutely. This is a critical time for Ukraine. This counteroffensive is to be defining as to where we’re going to be in the next year or two.

So, is he really that much of a misspoken ignoramus, spewing run-on sentences, and grammatical errors left and right? Or, was he just carelessly and repeatedly misquoted by the author of the story?

Well, having just read the above post, I really must say that I was (and still am) shocked, SHOCKED to read therein that the President of the United States, one Joseph Robinette Biden, may well have made questionable (and possibly even false) statements with regard to the "right" of the people of this country to the personal possession of their arms. Everyone knows that the Second Amendment applies ONLY to your right to keep your "arms" (and legs) ... NOT to firearms. Sheesch!

This story is so utterly unlikely that to me it suggests the possibility of a coordinated scam, possibly being perpetrated by BOTH the driver and the homeowner, such as with the two of them having somehow agreed to split the proceeds of any settlement the homeowner receives from Amazon. My guess would be that the driver was about to leave his job ... perhaps due to any one of a number of possible reasons ... and he needed to supplement his "income" going forward. Something just doesn't sound plausible. But the company will have investigators all over this before agreeing to settle. They'll look into the homeowner's history of purchases, and will also look for any personal connection at any time between the two people.
