Having that routine you do each night before bed to get your body ready for sleep is a great idea. For my nieces it's a book and a bottle :)

Re: Guest Post: Life Out of My Comfort Zone

Thanks Elaine! Even when some risks are intelligent and educated, they can still be terrifying. :) I just poked around on your blog and loved your work. The posts about fashion are lovely. Cheers!

Re: How Did You Begin Blogging?

Hi Grace! I think it's great that we can share your blogging evolution! As someone that just started blogging, I find this topic fascinating. I began blogging with a team of work friends and decided to do my own thing. Now, I'm just writing and "finding my voice". I can't wait to see where it ends up in a year. Bravo Grace for your great year!
PS. Video post = Brilliance

Re: Guest Post: Life Out of My Comfort Zone

Thanks Ryan! Yes, the Dallas area has some really great spots...once you find your way around the highways and toll roads :) I got a toll tag and figured them out pretty quickly.

Yes, a big thank you to Grace for giving me the opportunity to post on her fabulous blog!

Re: I’ve Moved, Now What?

Great advice Grace! I've moved across the country several times since college, and I found the hard part isn't necessarily moving your possessions...it's the emotional part. It's quite difficult to meet new people and get involved in new places, and your tips are really helpful.

Re: Can Your Personality Control How Long You Live?

Hi Grace! Centenarians have always fascinated me. Along with genetics, I truly think personality and disposition play a big role in living a long life. A few years back CNN did a special on centenarians. They interviewed people from places with a frequency of centenarians (Okinawa, Japan and rural Italy come to mind). A lot of commonalities they found were low-stress lifestyle, consistently active/exercise and have a family-oriented environment (something to keep a person happy and lively).
Love this post! Now, I'm going to have that glass of wine with dinner and not stress for the rest of the evening! :)
