If you mean for the right-most colum, you're probably correct. But that is what I meant by "Also might not be able to get the correct profile for del/home etc"
But I have seen very few sets that accomodate that properly. Of course you can put random keys there but personally I prefer to have an off profile on that row over adding random keys. It'd be nice if premium sets started including 1U novelties in all row profiles for this purpose

It should, but for some layouts like NK65 you might have to get finicky with the alt/fn/ctrl keycaps if they are all 1U. Also might not be able to get the correct profile for del/home etc
