Over the past year it looks to be more accurate at finding bottoms than it is tops. It didn't give a very good signal at the June low either.

Dow busted a new high for July. Nas not far behind. Rut and financials still have a ways to go. Perhaps the last two don't make a new high.

That's what I'm thinking. Once that happening it may get choppy for a few days until a top is found allowing other indices to also make new highs.

I was just outside and Air Force One went right over my location flying extremely low on a final approach to landing. If he had been looking out of a window he would have easily seen me. So, I was giving him my finger as best as I could.

The Constitution does not give the President the authority to re-write law. However, this current President has recently done it twice regarding immigration and welfare reform. The Constitution is basically regarded as being a joke these days.

The capitalist system isn't perfect because as you say not everyone will be successful. However, it is the best system for it gives everyone an equal opportunity but justly it does not give everyone equal results.
