We've all read it and were disappointed that you didn't have a stellar experience. Many of the points you raised are valid and all of them make us even more committed to working harder and creating the most complete and innovative presentation software.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our New Years' resolution has begun with a solid attack on the bugs in SlideRocket and reworking some of the basics, including UI and experience. One of the nice aspects of SaaS is that we can respond very quickly to user feedback and we'd love to have you take another look once we've remedied some of the issues you mentioned.
