Black bloggers can ride the coattails if they like, but this entire clusterfuck was the gov's game with the sole intent was to garner a bit of game from the Step-n-Fetchit MS black community (re: Scrushy, HealthSouth, and Birmingham ring any bells?)

MS DOC tried its level best to kill the sister in renal failure several times and the release (regardless of if there were an organ for donation), the state of Ole Miss is off the hook for any future medical issues. This was the desired effect.

The only thing the gov accomplished was to save the state several hundred thousand dollars after which the NAACP and bloggers kindly jumped up and down and danced (why am I reminded of DW Griffith?) in the street at what a great guy the little fuck (the gov) is and how good a deal this was.

Im not saying lots of people did a lot of hard work, but considering all the BS floating on this thing I'm surprised everyone isn't RUNNING away as fast as they can.

A more interesting point would be for GoodTime Amusment and Irwin Good Jr to explain why he thought it was such a good idea and how many times that (even a generic "black man") target had been employed and what kind of reaction were received.

I dont think the state has a case, based on what little information available. I would cringe to think the state would remove a child because of a poor parenting choice, wether I like it or not. If the state can make a case for unfit parents, violence or child abuse, the proceed and prosecute the parents. It looks like the state stole the kids because they can.

I have said it again and again, Little AndyB is a unmitigated bigot and the end result of all his political action is to the detriment of African Americans. Think of all the people of colour, women and other underrepresented, fired from ACORN due to the maunfactured vid. More importantly, the underserved communities to which ACORN provided valuable access and information.
