I just breezed through your text quickly. There is a lot of good stuff in there. I'll be looking more closely at some sections.

Thank you!

Re: Rich guys and what they taught me – The Wool Guy

I agree. Education can teach you problem solving. It it great for learning research skills. But it also teaches you to get directions from a teacher. It doesn't always give you the confidence to find your own way, to listen to your own heart and to develop a life of integrity based on that.

Re: 6 wealthy guys and what they taught me #3

Exactly. I find myself stopping and thinking clearly about what I want to do before jumping into social media like I once did. A little thinking can save a lot of time.

Re: 6 wealthy guys and what they taught me #3

Awesome point. I tried that when I started with Twitter. And I've fallen into it a number of times. I like how you put it, that you have to stay true to who you are. You are so right on. Thanks for adding this thought.

Re: 6 wealthy guys and what they taught me #3

Great point, Stephen. You are so right. Everything comes back to that one simple point - add value to the lives of others. If that's the core, you'll always be standing on solid ground.

P.S. When my photography business was all about weddings, Queensberry was my preferred album company for the very reasons you mentioned above.

Re: Trying something new – An introduction to Twitter

nice to hear your voice, Stephen! I do like twitter a lot, but I don't use it as much as used to. To build relationships takes time, though it is invaluable.

Re: Love these people …

nice one, Stephen. I believe "through music we can get enlightenment" too! :)

Re: 40 stunning photos from the place I call home

Nice place to call home! :) I'd love travel and photograph New Zealand some day.

Re: Blogging – The hardest thing I have ever done.

I'm with you Stephen. And the fact that I hear the real you coming through loud and clear in your posts tells me that you're a better writer than you may think. Yeah, blogging is not easy, it takes time, and constant effort. My blog has been lagging for the past couple of months and I miss the fact that I was starting to develop a community before I got overloaded with other work. Thanks for reminding me that blogging is hard for all of us, and inspiring me to pick up the virtual pen and start making it happen once again.
