I also utilize the Washington State Ferry System and the Everett Transit System. I am very grateful these alternate sources of transportation are available to the Islanders. The Island Transit System has a extraordinary responsibilty to provide a reliable, practical, and earth friendly option to a couple of million riders annualy. I I will gladly participate in any way that I can to insure that this one of a kind ( Free Transportation ! ) continues its admirable efforts. To correct some of the misleading comments made by the SUV owners who are so inconvienced by the "empty buses" which hinder their oh so important lives. The bus I use is full when it arrives at the ferry terminal on my way to work. The bus I get on at the end of a 10 hr work day is full when I get off the ferry. What constitution? Thats just a piece of paper.
