My fiancée and I are preparing some Title II CRA complaints against social medium Interactive Computer Systems (ICS) like Facebook and Twitter. We are working out how we can file Title VI complaints on behalf of pro-Palestine Jewish college students before the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) in the US Department of Education (ED) against universities hosting Zionist student organizations.

Here is our argument.

Zionist ideology requires that a proud Diaspora Jew like me be negated. (Look up the negation of the Diaspora, שלילת הגלות‎, שלילת הגולה‎.) The major part of Zionist ideology meets the IHRA working definition of antisemitism. (See definition below.) Zionism is a disgusting ideology from the Jewish as well as the Palestinian standpoint. When an ICS or a university stands with antisemitic Zionists against a Jew like me, according to the IHRA working definition of antisemitism, the ICS or the university commits a despicable act of antisemitism.

Under the IHRA definition of antisemitism, racial supremacist genocidal Zionists are unabashed antisemites.

“Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.”

is a description of the perception, hate, and abuse that Zionists direct toward a proud Diaspora Jew, who rejects Zionist ideology which asserts:
a. that the Diaspora Jew is defective and
b. that he can only overcome his defects
1. by participating in genocide against Palestinians and
2. by stealing their country.

Not only is a Zionist a depraved genocidal monster, but according to the IHRA definition of antisemitism, he adds icing to the multi-layer racist cake
a. that he prepares for the world and
b. that piles atrocity upon atrocity.

In a nutshell, the IHRA tells us that a Zionist is a disgusting and despicable antisemite.

White racial supremacist European Zionist invaders founded the Zionist state by means of atrocious acts of genocide from Dec 1947 until 1949. The genocide continues before the eyes of the world.

In 1946 the Nuremberg Tribunal defined Nazi Germany's acts of genocide. The international anti-genocide legal regime starts in 1946 with the caselaw of the Tribunal.

The Nuremberg Tribunal defined Germanization to be an act of genocide.

"In certain occupied territories purportedly annexed to Germany the defendants methodically and pursuant to plan endeavored to assimilate those territories politically, culturally, socially, and economically into the German Reich. The defendants endeavored to obliterate the former national character of these territories. Germanization does not cease to constitute genocide or a crime by renaming it Judaization.

The mere existence of the Zionist state vitiates the international anti-genocide legal regime and undermines international law. The Zionist state must be abolished.

When I as a Jew or as a human being demand abolition of the Zionist state, I treat this depraved state as I treat every state founded by genocide after the start of the international anti-genocide legal regime. All decent human beings must demand the abolition of the Zionist state. To do otherwise is an act of antisemitism according to the IHRA working definition of antisemitism because to do otherwise would be treating the Zionist state differently from all other states that founded by means of post-Nuremberg genocide and that continue to commit the crime of post-Nuremberg genocide.

Just as only a moron, an ignoramus, or a liar claims modern Roman Catholics descend from ancient Romans, likewise only a moron, an ignoramus, or a liar claims modern Jews descend from Greco-Roman Judeans, whose descendants gradually converted to Christianity and thence to Islam. In truth, a small fraction of modern Roman Catholics descend from ancient Romans. In contrast, no Greco-Roman Judeans left or were removed from Palestine en masse. All modern Jews descend from non-Judean converts to Judaism.

Israel is a religious term. It never had any non-religious usage. Land of Israel is a fairy tale. Only Palestine is real. Palestinians are indigenous to stolen Palestine. No modern Jew is indigenous. A modern Jew in stolen Palestine is now and forever an invader.

There is nothing at all complex about the conflict over stolen Palestine if we start from the following obvious proposition.

A group subjected to genocide at the hands of a first set of genocidaires [Nazis] can later themselves form a second set of genocidaires [Zios] just as evil as the first set of genocidaires.

White racial supremacist Euro Zios committed genocide after Auschwitz & after 1946 Nuremberg Tribunal. This tribunal created the customary international anti-genocide caselaw which made acts of genocide capital crimes in international law. After the end of the Tribunal, the UN set up a committee to transform said caselaw into an international convention. The work output of said committee became The International Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. While said Convention did not enter into force until 1951, customary international anti-genocide caselaw because precedential at conclusion of each proceeding of the Tribunal. By the end of the Tribunal all genocidal aspects of San Remo Agreement and League of Nations mandates were void, and the international anti-genocide legal regime starts.

Because the State of Israel was founded after the start of the international anti-genocide legal regime, this state's continued existence unlike the existence of any other state with genocide in its history vitiates said regime and undermines international law.

Genocide against natives continues, and genocide has no statute of limitations.

The State of Israel must be abolished.

Opposition to abolition of the State of Israel today is more evil than opposition to abolition of US slavery before the US Civil War because the State of Israel was founded in heinous and atrocious international capital crimes whereas US slavery was legal until ratification of the Thirteenth Amendment made US slavery unconstitutional.

After the conclusion of the 1946 Nuremberg Tribunal, a Zio became:
• an enemy of the human race,
• an international criminal, and
• a probable perpetrator of the crime of genocide as states began to make genocide a crime in their national criminal codes.

A Zio under US jurisdiction is probable perpetrator of the capital crime of genocide under 18 U.S. Code § 1091 (Genocide). Said Zio has a right to a trial in Federal District Court by a jury of his peers.

Joe Biden was lead Senate of the bill which became § 1091. The Congressional Act creating this statute is called Genocide Convention Implementation Act of 1987 (the Proxmire Act).

My relatives emigrated to the New Yishuv during the 3rd Aliyah. They rose to leadership positions. Every single such relative has told me Jewish non-Euros were unwanted in the New Yishuv and considered racially inferior.

The Zionist leadership decided to contrive to destroy Jewish non-Euro communities and to drive them to Israel after it decided that it could not hold stolen Palestine without out an infusion of ersatz native collaborators (Jewish non-Euros) that could perform duties of cannon fodder, bullet catching, and mine-finding.

The leadership hoped that Jewish non-Euros would die as they defended Israel. Thus Jewish non-Euros would serve Zionism but fail to introduce racial pollution.

The author may be too hard on today's cartoons. I think the slapstick tends to be absent except from Teen Titans Go (?), but Futurama, American Dad, Family Guy, Simpsons, Sponge Bob, and South Park all occasionally reference serious literary and musical material.

Even when they don't, they are often quite correctly acerbic in the critique or satire of modern society. Just consider "The Spirit of Black Friday" from Teen Titans Go.

Racist bigots cannot accept that ethnic Poles might have legitimate grievances against descendants of Jewish communities that were recognized as part of the 2nd Estate in Commonwealth Poland that were hand in hand with the Polish nobility to exploit the peasantry and lower bourgeoisie.
