My day was BUSY! I got up this morning, got 6 kids ready for the day at the soccer park. I answered 503 questions about the shooting last week and were we going to be evacuated this week like we were last week? I got asked by the 6 (now 7) year old if he was going to actually going to get to play, and then he told me he was going to score a goal.
Loaded up kids and were out of the house at 6:54AM! We got ice for both ice chest and made it to the soccer field, other threatening death once! Kids kept jumping in the van making in bounce as I was driving down the road.
Soccer games were wonderful! Piglet scored a goal at her game. Then, we sat for about 2 hours playing card games. Finally it was time for Tigger's game..which was a 20 minute walk across the soccer field in 100+ degree weather! Tigger played his game, and came very close to scoring a goal! When that game was over, we chilled some more, read some books, ate lunch, chased dragonflies, and finally at 1:30pm, it was time for Man Cubs game on one field and Princess' game on another. Man Cub scored one goal, and Princess' twisted her ankle. We were done just after 4pm..and were so looking forward to the air conditioned house! I think everyone has had a shower/bath and now they are all watching tv or playing video games. Good think soccer season is only 2 months!
So THATS what I did today!

Know that God already has a plan, He knows what will happen with Stellan's heart..He made it! I'm so happy that your husband is going with you this time. You and Stellan NEED his support.

I totally agree with you April. I want to take my children to the Splash Pad..but when it is over 100 degrees, the dear children don't want to do anything except be in the house in front of a fan, preferably watching tv.

Hello MckMama,
I started a blog over a year ago, when a friend from a forum I frequent had her blog button posted. I loved the idea, and made one post introducing my family, and then just let it sit there.
Several months ago, I found my blog again, and started recording the happenings of our family. I also started stalking a lot of other blogs too.
I have a lot of children, and yes I have made up silly nick names for all of them. I sent you an email with their real names and the story behind each name a month or so ago. None of my children have health issues, but the youngest two have their own sets of problems, and our entire family is working to make the children secure and let them know they will live here forever.
My children do know about my blog, and whenever they do something weird/exciting/newsworthy, they comment "That's going on the blog". It is amazing how this simple fact produces such great behavior and cooperation from them :)
Is it hot here? LOL I think the only place hotter than where I live is ~~HELL~~ Death Valley. I have not seen snow since 1/99.

Was the storm coming an actual storm, or the child adjusting? I'm in the middle of a major storm in my home...but we will make it through it.
