Even if this prophecy had any credence to begin with, which it doesn't, it supposes that creation began in 11,013 BC. We have solid evidence that it didn't. Evidence of fully developed humans migrating out of Africa around 100,000 years ago, for example. The billionaire elites that you claim to abhor must be laughing at people like you who know something of their schemes yet are distracted by baseless beliefs. Please write us again in November, when your views will have undoubtedly changed. In the meantime, no, we are not going to divulge our efforts to derail global conspiracies on our music blog.

Re: Review, Video, Photos: Tinted Windows’ NYC Debut; Exclusive: Iha’s One-Word Answer On How Band Met

Hi Lisa. This is the editor, Mike. We let our anonymous contributor have free reign and this is what we got. His impressions. I was there, too, and my impression: perfectly executed power-pop/rock a la Fountains Of Wayne but with more classic rock elements, and more consistently positive in tone. Whether I enjoy hearing 12 upbeat songs of this type in a row is another question that is harder to answer. But for the record, FOW's Utopia Parkway is one of my favorite albums of all time. The highlight was definitely Iha's guitar work. It seemed that almost every song had a fantastic solo--at least a short one.

The reason I was fine publishig this review as-is is that with this band, what you see is what you get. Four talented musicians doing this genre of music remarkably well. And our first priority was sharing the video, to allow anyone who wants to be in that small room on that special occasion to be there, so to speak. We believe in journalism, in music, and in the Web. That's why we're here, and that's why we appreciate your comments.

By the way, thank you for identifiying that problem with the video. Somehow, the wrong video made it there. There is an actual part two, which we'll be providing soon.

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Video: Stephen Colbert “Rap Battles” GOP Chairman Michael Steele; Colbert Has “Twatted” on Twitter

Haha. I still have a hard time with the word Tweet. It's like Starbucks'
reappropriating the word "tall" for small. I guess most people eventually
cave and start using the language. I guess "Tweet" is better, in that it's a
somewhat unique thing (despite its similarity to other types of messages),
whereas a "tall" is just a f-ing 12 oz. cup!

Re: Snow Patrol Presale Tickets for New York’s Bowery Ballroom

Thanks.
