Uh, no? If the engine taken out or Ericsson's car on Friday didn't complete sufficient mileage to reach the change-out threshold (assumed to be 2,500 miles), and Honda have already declared that it's unrepairable, then Ericsson will take a grid penalty at the next race (Rule 16.8.8).

This is what happened with Colton at Road America — Honda weren't able to fix his Carb Day-crashed engine, so he got a grid penalty there, even though he was only on his 4th engine at the time. Colton's Iowa penalty was because he had to go to a fifth engine for the year without completing the full-season mileage (10,000 miles) with his original four engines (Rule 16.2.3.2).

Due to the 2021 Indy 500 qualifying rules for Day 1, every attempt that was slow enough to be outside the top 30 was considered irrelevant

What numerical rule in the rulebook explicitly says that? From my reading of it, none of them do.

Shame Yahtzee is slightly wrong about the open-world segments. There is the possibility for combat in the open-world, although it is incredibly limited; and you can indeed run over some enemies with the skiff.

Yea, the reason being that in both of those sports, it's not the athlete themselves that is the source of propulsion, it's the car/horse.

I had the desktop app on my old rig, and was able to upload it with the right-click context menu option that provided. You could do it similarly with Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox as long as the resultant file is viewable by anyone with the link and opens in your browser as a raw file.

How about instead of fucking around with people's own settings for the edge cases where this would apply, you instead focus on ensuring that push notifications go out 100% of the time?

I swear, it's a complete lottery whether I get informed of a followed stream starting or not, and also whether it goes out on time or comes along several hours later when it's already ended.

It's not a problem for other video apps to auto-pause when they lose focus after I get a phone call, I see no reason why the Twitch app is any different.

Of course, if Google didn't combine phone identity and phone state in the same permission, this wouldn't be an issue to begin with.

And yet the app is still looking for the Device ID and Call Information permission...? Have not updated the app since that was added, and still won't until that's removed.

It's a step in the right direction in my view. Hopefully soon this will advance to simultaneous streaming on both sites (as a Twitch stream and as a YouTube live event) and automatic archival of full-length streams on YouTube (the way that YT does it for YT streams already).

It's unfortunate that these Twitch annotations don't override existing ones in the same vein that YouTube live events can. Is this something that can be worked on and changed, even if it's a per-user option?

Still no multiple audio tracks? Really? Come on, I want to switch over completely to using ShadowPlay to do all of my game video recording but everything being thrown into one audio track is not useful for editing andbalancing levels in post-production...
