The Valor House is for Veterans transitioning from drug treatment programs and homeless veterans that do not have a substance abuse problem. I know, I’ve been a patient there. They house both male and female veterans in a clean, sober and structured living environment. The Valor house kept me out of the homeless shelter and provided a safe home for me while I got my shit together.

It (the Valor House) is not and was never intended to be used as a “shelter”. It is a rehabilitation facility. The housing authority is wrong and misrepresenting what the Valor house is. They cannot lay all the blame there and are wrong to do so.

I agree. I have been judged and called names by the very men that have "used" me. I also recognize that I have in turn "used" them for my pleasure. These men that have past judgment on me in the past, often are men whom I have turned down. After all if there is no spark there is no fire. I am an Aries, my fire smolders, and it takes a certain kind of person to fan my flames.

A one night stand or an anonymous encounter is impersonal, as it should be. The thing is looking at the definition of "Fuck Buddy" which would vary from person to person.
Personally my "fuck buddy(s)" are men that 1) I know their name 2) I have their number 3) we meet every couple times a month to enjoy each others company intimately.

hmmm Well starting at a young age, and having the US Army as a veritable buffet of men... I honestly could not tell you how many men I have been with... this went on for over four years up until I got pregnant... so from 18-26 avg 1 every other night... that is alot of men. Yes there were repeat partners, as well as always new and exciting ones. While in the military there were very few that I could remember their name... even after the army... I more identify with how they felt... lol If they felt good... well then perhaps I would make the effort to remember their name.

Yes I am guilty, it was my topic. The thread piqued my interest as to the debate it generated. Before the podcast, I really had no concept as to what TNG was about.

I am sorry if you felt I quoted you Jacean... I believe I made the misstep of generalizing the thread, and what I read in it, and never did I use your name nor claim to have quoted you word for word. I simply inquired as to what TNG was and why the debate.

I freely admit, I am 40 years old and have what would be the equivalent of 0 experience "in" the lifestyle.

I apologize if you mistook my genuine curiosity as offensive. That was never my intent. Seems i would be better off in a hole sometimes.

I am of the opinion that in order to call someone by "Sir" "Master" "Lord" or even "Daddy" that the person would have earned that respect, thus earning my submissiveness.
For someone to have such a title before their name, would mean to me, that they have someone who respects them in such a manner, but to demand that I honor their self subscribed title... well I tend to have issues with that. "Sir" to me is a show of mutual respect. eg. "Excuse me Sir..."
However, in everyday society, Mr. is short for either Master, or Mister.
