The physical human comfort level is always a factor, but not mentioned is the cause of it. How much would a mile high building waver? Maybe that is enough to stop even the most daring to visit. I always wanted to know what the motion factor is for really tall buildings.

It could be the people you're hanging out with too.
Make a plan for where you want to be in a year and get focus on taking the steps that could lead to it!

Stay away from people and things that take you off of your course.
