It is clearly evident that the recent alteration in administration of this blog has resulted in a wildly successful boycott of this blog. Ninety some posts in over month by essentially the same three renters. Good moves.

Consider this, renters.
If you would have educated yourself and bought a median house [as Raddly] 2years ago and sold today you would have over $200,000 after tax CASH ON HAND and 2 years of free rent [a net benefit of say $36,000].

Tell the world again why renting is the smart thing to do.

As Stormy would say, your incapacity to look across the valley and recognizing the Canadian reality will now wallow in your perpetual poverty.

CC then moved on.
Much later, he came across another renter and again he asked for the time.
Again, the renter lay on the ground, looked at his upright dick, and replied, "Time is 2:45, kemosabe." The cowboy moved on and still later he came across a third renter and he again asked for the time. This time the renter started beating off. The shocked CC asked what he was doing and the renter replied: "Winding watch."
