A Klowncil resolution is meaningless, once Kzar Kezer signs it it is a DONE DEAL. How do we know if this "new" contract is legal? The whole deal AGAIN has been crafted behind closed doors, another example of NO TRANSPARENCY by this administration! Something smells really bad here, and it's not the capped land fill.

Let's review the real math (not your fuzzy math);

We taxpayers forked over the following;

1) $600k+ in back taxes for the truck stop
2) $225k in back taxes for Baily's Pond
3) $100k in various studies to bring the Terror-Sphere project up to bid.
4) $30-$40k to secure the property (ie:Truck stop tear down)
5) $30k for Mr. Urbelis to represent you.
6) $$$$? in lost tax revenue over the past 6 years???

Real Math puts this boondoggle OVER a $MIL$!

So, did you at least double Hildt's crayola corrected P&S and get the taxpayers of Amesbury $2 for the land?

Kzar Kezer and his Klowncil have made no attempt what-so-ever to give us taxpayers a break. He should've re-negotiated union contracts years ago, cut out all non-essential vehicle/Gas abuses, made pay reductions mandatory(something the private sector's been doing for years) instead of giving out HUGE raises and padding retirement packages. I'm sick of his supporters claiming these are "small" savings and it wouldn"t matter (Klowncilor McMillion), they all matter when you add them all together. So Waldo, again your statements defending Kzar Kezer holds no water-pun intended.

Let's not forget this is the same Mayor, who after just 3 months of his first term, told a crowded hall in Nbpt "the only thing I have accomplished as Amesbury's mayor so far is to give myself a tax break". Referring to his questionable "farming" 61A property tax reduction.
