He never knew the down or distance, he called DeRon - Darren all game. Heck, he even messed up the names for the `Bucs players. He was eating pizza and smacking his lips and trying to talk with a full mouth as he talked. It was a heck of a game by the Bucs, JPJ, Harrison, Knight, but the announcer was terrible. Coach Esprit is a good coach and had them better prepared last week than they had been all season. He will turn this team around. I am also a believer in anyone can win on any given day. Everyone thought the Swashbucklers would walk through the SIFL without even being challenged, we saw that theory crumble.</p><p>TONIGHT? I thought the league rules were that roster had to be set and delivered to the officaiting crew 48 hours before kick-off, not 24? Oh wait, you posted yesterday. It's widely known he has been recruiting af2 players. We've gone through several teams over the years, Indoor, AFL, af2, and it hurts everytime they leave.</p><p>We've always supported other fans and players no matter what jersey you wear. The whole 1st half the ref's were on your side. We were called twice on non-existent defensive interference calls, the first directly led to your 1st TD. later in the game Austin #7 Robert Quiorga went up for a ball abd was hit before the ball got there, around the 5 yd line, then the one in the endzone your guy knocked our receiver over the wall as he went up for the ball - before the ball got there.</p><p>Cry about it all you want, Austin was screwed on officiating also.<br>Throwing in the white towel was more than poor sportsmanship.</p><p>We did feed the Pirates players and staff at the tailgate after the game though. Did you stop and get some brisket &amp; beer before getting on the bus? Teams come and go, leagues come and go, what's left? The fans and players.
