As the "cash is king" mentality lingers and companies are not involved in M&A activities, business continue to struggle and present great deals for those companies hoarding their money. These companies should look at the long term and realize the opportunity to gain marketshare and/or expansion into new fields by taking advantage of the economy and the low cost to complete an M&A transaction.
