For my favorite Best Picture winner, I'd have to go with "Gone With the Wind". And although I do love musicals, I hated "Gigi". I invited a friend of mine to watch it with me, neither of us had seen it, and we both enjoy old musicals. Robert Osborne's intro on TCM compared the storyline to "My Fair Lady". About a half-hour into it, I said to my friend, "So far, it doesn't remind me much of 'My Fair Lady.'" To which he replied, "No. 'My Fair Lady' was really good."

I'm not really into war movies, but I really like the original Manchurian Candidate with Frank Sinatra.

I also saw From Here to Eternity for the first time not too long ago, and really liked it.

145...This 80's quiz reminds me of a disagreement that erupted between two of my teammates once upon a Quizzo. We had to name the members of Poison. 20-something Jake challenged 30-something Jennifer, to which she responded, "Excuse me?! Were you even ALIVE in the 80's?!"

Here is another snub: I was all ready to consider voting for you for Best Quizzo on the My Fox Philly Hot List, when I discovered that such a category does not exist! Under the "Nightlife" heading, they allow people to offer their opinions on best Irish Pub, Sports Bar and Bowling, but not on my favorite way to spend Wednesday and Sunday evenings...
