I would have never found it. You have no idea. I was closer than the first person who sees the finish line to trying to find his stuff. Merci beacoup, mon ami!

P.S. Miniature Tigers while we're at it?

Re: IAMELLIOTJAMES

HAHAHAHA! First, I asked you if you liked that stuff a while back when you were talking about Crunchie bars. (By the way, I tried them- "them" being Crunchie Bars- in New York. THEY WERE AWESOME, to say the very least...)

Second, at the Sassyback Tour show I went to, I was standing by the back of the venue giving people who walked in and out of the backstage Pocky. Because the Trocadero is in Chinatown, it's super easy to get a hold of that stuff. :D

Re: Symphony Soldier - The Blog of Alex DeLeon

Alex, do you mind doing me a little favor and STOP READING MY MIND?
It's kind of creepy. But in a cool way, I guess.

"They’re waiting for a pair of hands to push through their sky and to lift them up off of the ground."
You have no idea how much my heart sunk at those words. It's the truth. It's scary. It's lonely. I mean, there were times when I would sit on my front porch and just wish for some beautiful stranger to whisk me away. I still sit in my window from time to time, watching the snow fall, wondering if there is anyone out there who will reach out to me. But the worst part is is that feeling in your gut that something is going to change, that something is going to get better. A few days later, you're still where you were at a few days ago. Nothing seems to change. Every time that feeling happens I can feel a little bit of hope eroded away.

You have no idea how much I'm blinking in disbelief that you put my brain all over your blog. I never try to interpret songs anymore. Just enjoy. I can appreciate lyrics but I try not to spend too much time dissecting. But this is absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic.

This song is probably my favorite song (or one of them. it changes from week to week.) on the album, by the way. So this is like... speechless.

Re: A Homeboy's Life - one of the reasons i love japan. i saw these in a...

I didn't realize you were in Japan. Especially the end. You kind of looked scared for your life. X]

Polar bears are white! Ferrr realllllll. :D

Life is better when you smile. Happy music makes me smile. I lipsync to what I'm listening to when I walk to and from school. Sometimes I air guitar a little, too. But that's a pretty rare occurrence...

Re: Old School Sunday's

Weird is relative. ;D

Re: Old School Sunday's

LOLZ. Oh wow, Travis. That's... umm... lovely?
Haha.

My dad doesn't like to admit he's asleep so he's developed this way to "stay awake". He talks in his sleep. It's creeeeepy. He also does this thing where he'll be snoring away on the couch and someone will walk by and say "don't bother him he's sleeping" in which he'll wake up and mumble "i'm not asleep" and promptly fall back to sleep. he also does this thing where he'll fall asleep watching the tv, me or one of my brothers will take the remote and change the channel, about a half an hour later he'll wake up and ask us to change the channel back to what he was watching. XD

I can't say "hi" to my brother on a plane, either... XD

Re: A Homeboy's Life - no sleep till fc. walmart stop. somewhere in...

Lolz. I was asking everyone Thurday-The end of Friday to see if they'd help me get to Florida.
I knew it wasn't going to happen but it's fun to dream. Dreaming is magical, I suppose. :]

I couldn't have said it better myself when it comes to Chuck Berry. :]

My C's.

Let's go.

So I promised one person in here.

C is for Cyndi Lauper.
Cyndi Lauper - He's So Unusual.

I LOVE CYNDI. It's pretty bad. I listen to the album "She's So Unusual" all the time. I found this one fairly recently and I loved it. Cyndi really wasn't/isn't afraid to say what's on her mind. That's probably one of the things that made her so awesome.

C is for Christina Aguilera.
Christina Aguilera - Candyman

Forgive me for going the pop route here, but I believe a pretty well known guitar player in a silly little band called Panic at the Disco said that there's nothing wrong with a good pop song. When Christina came out with stuff I was pretty amazed. It sounds soooooo good. Like a classic oldies twist on brand new hits. It was awesome. Candyman was definitely my favorite, though.

Lastly but not leastly,

C is for Clem Snide
Clem Snide - I Love the Unknown

There isn't much more to say than that I love this song. Check it out. :]

We're coming up on the end of the alphabet pretty soon. I hope this means you won't stop blogging. Perhaps you could start a new list with albums or song titles. That'd be really awesome.

Have a nice night. :]

Re: Alis volat propriis

MARITIME? Oh wow, I found this one song by them on a sampler CD and I practically fell in love. *pauses typing to look for sampler...* It was the Flameshovel Sampler and the song was "Tearing up the Oxygen." Have you heard it? Gahh. Which reminds me that I need more sampler CDs. They're mucho fun. I've been listening to a lot of Vampire Weekend lately, too. Blake's Got a New Face is so much fun live. Do all your friends tell you that you listen to the most obscure music that no one has ever heard of? Mine do. XD

My newest favorite lately is VersaEmerge. They're absolutely incredible. I can't wait for they're EP to come out tomorrow. In light of this, I've been heading over to their myspace to listen to it, as I wait. Haha.
Besides V.E., I've been listening to the soundtracks for Juno and Rocket Science. Kimya Dawson and Eef Barzelay definitely equal love. Haha. I'm gonna try and get the soundtrack for Nick and Norah's soon, too.

Oh, and today a girl who takes a lower level French walked in to show us up at how good she was at saying these sentences we're going to start to learn. She was wearing a Herbivore bracelet. X] I wasn't sure anyone in my school (besides my tiny little circle) knew who you were but that kind of blew that notion out of the water. It was cool though. :]

(P.S. By any chance do you need any help for working the merch tent at the bamboozle?)

Re: Who Is Travis Clark? - hahahahaha the most ridiculous song we’ve ever...

yay! :]

Re: Who Is Travis Clark? - hahahahaha the most ridiculous song we’ve ever...

This is possibly the most incredible thing that I have ever heard, ever.
I definitely want more, Fer surrrrrre. :]

Re: http://www.nicksantino.com/post/74499518

Just for next time- import the video into iMovie and you'll have your sound back. ;D

Re: Travis and Hunter try to rap, WTF???

In response to your advice:
You're a fiery red head, aren't you?

Can't wait to hear the rap.
Maybe if it works out you could write your own rap.
