This is so beautiful!!
I have recently been learning how it is really our thoughts and reactions to our circumstances that makes our reality, not our actual objective circumstances. Reality is subjective and we have an immense amount of power by how we react and interpret things. Im not saying it is easy to change our reactions and look for the good in the bad, but its not impossible, and it makes things easier.

Good Luck. You have an immense amount of strength to say the things you just did.. and a lot of smarts :)
