Sorry, I'm extremely skeptical. Going from CO2 to Ethanol would require a huge amount of energy. Where is it coming from? Or did they invent chemical perpetual motion?

The reason is that cartel discipline is nearly non-existent. In the 80's when the cartel decided to reduce output, nearly everyone cheated and pumped more than they were supposed to. The Saudis, however, pumped considerably less than they were entitled so the overall reduction was maintained. But that's because the Saudis could afford it.
They can't now and won't do this. The oil traders know that this deal won't actually change anything because everyone, even the Saudis, will cheat.

There were a couple of pictures of her I saw on Instapundit's twitter feed where her eyes weren't tracking. She was looking at something off to the side and one eye was looking higher than the other. They weren't looking at the same thing.
That's really a bad thing; it suggests serious neurological problems. It's the kind of thing that happens to some stroke victims.

Ah, those "lessons of history" that Obama and Kerry are just too damned smart to learn from. This one is a replay of the Lebanese civil war in the 1980's. Outsiders kept trying to arrange cease fires, and everyone would agree to it, and then they'd fail in hours. Every time.
This went on for months, and still the outsiders didn't figure it out: the people there were fighting for a reason. Whether YOU think it's a reason worth fighting for is beside the point: they did. And if they didn't get what they wanted, then they were going to keep fighting. The mistake made by the outsiders, was to assume that everyone agreed that *peace* was better than *war*, and therefore everyone would agree that a ceasefire was a good thing in and of itself irrespective of anything else.
The combatants did not think so, and that's why the cease fires always fell apart immediately. (So why did they all agree each time? Propaganda. That's the only reason.)
It's the same thing here. Obama and Kerry are the only ones who want the fighting to stop. No one else does. So they agreed to a cease fire but didn't intend to obey it by actually, you know, ceasing to fire.

Anyway, she's mistaken but she isn't lying. When she talks about "America" it isn't what we all think the word means. I've heard it said, "France would be a wonderful country if it weren't for all the French people" and to Progressives it's effectively the same for the US.
They have an image of America as they think it should be, and anything and everything that stands in the way of making that happen is "unAmerican".
Whereas we (assuming you agree with me) think of America as it is, as it was 20 or 30 years ago, which is nearly diametrically the opposite of what Progressives mean by the term.
And if Trump wins it will be a huge impediment towards creating the America she wants.
