We don't have information on precisely where it happened, just where the call came from. Plenty of businesses in the area, including the burger joint. Still under investigation but site is currently named as Extended Stay Suites.

There is a difference between a lockdown and sheltering in place. During a lockdown students must stay inside one room and not move.

Under a ‘shelter in place’, exterior doors to the building remained locked, but students are allowed to move within the building.
