I think that your concern about the RT position is valid Jake. While it would have been nice to get Abraham back or sign Seymour for the pass rush component, the emergency fund is something we need to use sooner than later. We have some nice pieces young pieces out there to trade and partnered with cash, could go towards finding a suitable tackle.

With so much riding on this season, it appears that the team is playing tight and not "free-wheeling" as much as they need to in order to be successful. Alford was dismal and likely a result of the additional snaps where he has to learn to focus for every snap, not just a handful of reps. He is a backup and a work in progress but there are teams out there who could start him on Sunday based on their own problems and depth.

The only light that I see during this entire preseason is the reduced playbook being used on both sides of the ball. Last year, things were more wide open and I like this conservative approach. Who needs to go 4-0 right now? Not the Falcons. They know that they have the weapons and tools to dictate what a defense can or can not do.

"Rise Up and Fix Our Offensive and Defensive Line!" should be the battle cry of Dirty Bird Fans everywhere.

I am not sure I would move either of these two RB's out of Atlanta just yet. SJ will be the every-down back and Jacquizz brings that speed and change of pace while Snelling is good for short yardage and a breather for SJ when the talents of Quizz does not fit the game plan at the moment. However, if I was to trade right now, we can do without Snelling and would love to see an OL come to help out the troops in the trenches. I think that Ronnie Wingo could handle the few touches that we expect Snelling to get and he has some tremendous upside for the future.

Android is simply better for the economy. Instead of an Apple Monopoly with developers scrambling for their own piece of the pie, Android is open source and provides better market gateways for development and sharing of revenue streams and opportunity. Free Market is the way to go.

A few months is worth the wait. Since this is my first go round with Sprint and Samsung I have no idea what to expect. If this was Moto and Verizon, that 2 months could be 6 months really easy.

Well this is good news for me since I ended up needing to switch from Big Red over to Sprint and have a shiny Galaxy SII Epic 4G Touch. Miss my little OG Original Droid but this Epic really zings around and have some very nice features.

Was hoping ICM was a bit closer though.

I would really like to see a more seamless way to interact with mail, tasks and calendars via the mobile device.

I wish that it was easier to take an email and create an action item without a ton of extra steps and that the effort would work towards reminders on the calendar and in the task list. Voice commands in this area would be HUGE. Since CL works with Outlook and Android...I think the Voice Command avenue would be the best place to put efforts going forward because stopping to input or "press tap" to open more options can be a pain in the tail.

I need a copy of the Full Lookout Version because within this Little Original Droid I have hidden away the complete schematic plans for the Death Star and the Remote Android Base. Even though my vehicle can do the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs, I fear for the safety of the Schematics and should they fall into the hands of the Evil Apple Empire, I must be able to wipe them clear remotely. Help me Lookout! You are the Android's only hope.

Still have the old app and will see what happens with the new app. I may as well get a slingbox for the season, at least that money will serve me all year long rather than the 4.5 months of the football season.

I agree with a few earlier posts.... Every day there is a new article stating how google or verizon is going to sock it to our wallets.

Super COOL. I use Logmein alot to manage the various computers for my clients, family, extended family and friends since I am the go to tech guy. Now to be able to do a few things from the Droid will let me not have to pack a laptop everytime I leave the house.

I need this functionality right now. Currently I have to use my Ipod Video with cables to connect to the tv for business and for football film review. The Ipod jacks in through the 3.5mm and outputs to Audio Video cables to the TV. I wish the Droid could go through there or via the Mini USB.

Would allow me to do so many necessary things.

I went from Twitdrod to Seesmic to Hootsuite. Not sure I would go back just yet, even though there are some nice tools on Seesmic now.

I just can't wrap my brain around an app made by seesmic, called seesmic. For those who may not have known, Seesmic used to be video software like Qik. It came out of beta and changed directions completely towards twitter.

Don't worry about it. This is by far the better community and best blog and I will give you 3 reasons why.

1. Multiple posts per day by the blog owner
2. Cutting Edge Information
3. A well developed and active readership

They can have their awards, based on when this site got set up and ramped up, it is killing it in the Android community.

WHAAAHOOO!!!! As a football coach, that time of the year is difficult for me to keep up with the NFL/College FB game cause I am in meetings and film review, practice planning on the weekends. This will greatly improve my ability to keep track of things on the NFL.

Now we just need a Super App for managing Multiple Styles of Fantasy Football, not just yahoo.

I agree with Owen on this one. I think the Forum could keep things a bit more on topic. I think the amount of participation we currently have could support a forum. Just keep it basic, not too many categories and let's get a good group of mod's in there.
