John Boehner continuously claims that he is doing the will of the American people and is intent on creating jobs. The day Boehner passed out tobacco lobby checks on the house floor is the day he stopped representing the people. He has no right to claim to know what "the American people" want. He is completely bought and needs to be thrown out of office.

It is still a pretty expensive technology to include into the "average" hearing aids. Sadly most people won't be able to afford this until a couple of years pass but it's great news either way.

President Obama has achieved more in his 2 1/2 years in office than any recent president. His ability to work with people is what helps, and he never loses sight of the long term goals.I can't wait to vote for him again in 2012.

In the United States, the federal constitution and virtually every state constitution prohibit courts from rendering an "advisory" opinion. Courts are designed to handle actual controversies, not hypothetical ones. For example, a legislator or citizen cannot file a lawsuit to challenge a law that has not yet been passed by the legislature. They cannot ask the court, "hey, we're thinking of passing a law that would do X. Determine if it would be constitutional." Only after the law is passed can it be challenged. The idea is that courts should not be wading into public policy issues until they are ripe for adjudication, and since the law may not pass, there is no need for a court to intervene until it does.
If/when this law passes, the Court will hear challenges to it.

I had one of these. I was underwhelmed and could not tell that it could see through anything. Proof the media can hype anything.

Do you ever wonder if China is just giving them tools to test with on our actual vehicles? So it would come off as "Oh North Korea what will you not do" instead of "China attacks US"

It's good to see Ron Paul getting some coverage. I was listening to the BBC radio the other day after the debates and was interested in hearing what they had to say about him. They talked about Bachmann, Romney and Perry for a bit. Then, to give the listeners some idea of the other people in the debate, they briefly mentioned Santorum and some other guy. Not a single word was mentioned about Ron Paul. It felt eerie.

When purchasing hearing aids, you should always look at what type of battery the device is using since some of the are more expense than others.

I'm using this plugin, but commenters don't always use it. I'm still getting people leaving keywords only for their names. Guess I need to figure out how to make Keyword Luv more prominent.
