Obama did say he wants to be like Lincoln...Lincoln fundamentally changed our Union (voluntary) into a Nation.

1) Wage war against 13 Southern States (Treason Art 3 Sec 3; "To wage war against "them")
2) Suspended the Writ of Habeus (Congessional power)
3) Created W. Virginia (Congress & the States only have that power)
4) Printed up Greenbacks (Gold & Silver is the only Constitutional money..stil, no Amendment has superceded)

Since no Amendment was voted on per the Article V of the Constitution giving the "National Govt" (no longer the Federal Govt, since there is no strict observance of shared powers between the States & the Fed), the power to have delegated powers in the area of Health care, then this Obamacare thing is illegal. Since Obama calls himself a Constitutional Law Professor HE should be well aware that this is an illegal unconstitutional law. I believe that is does fall under "high crimes & misdemeanors", he took an oath to "uphold & defend the Constitution" and he is not doing it. So I say, "Get him out of there" & then once he is a citizen again, then take him to court for his law breaking.

FIRST, let's get one thing straight this "war" was about money. When the South left the Union, it took with them all of the tarriff money that was now not going to be going to the Northern businessmen/ industry. In 1861,Lee & Jackson UNDERSTOOD that what Lincoln was about to do was illegal and treasonous according to Article 3 Sec 3 in the Constitution...Waging war against "THEM" (the States). You see, what you probably were not taught in school is that right after Lincoln was elected, the Seven most Southern States seceded. It wasnt UNTIL Lincoln illegally (only Congress has this power) called up the 75 thousand militia that the four most upper Southern States included Virginia, which was home to Lee & Jackson then seceded. It wasnt all of the 11 Southern States leaving the Union at once. Lee was asked to lead this Army to invade his neighbors and he couldnt find it in himself to do it. So slavery wasnt the reason behind these four States seceding. What I find ironic is that while the North wound up using Slavery as the reason for this war that it was also the North that forced the South back into what had been a voluntary Union, thus creating a slavish realtionship between the Feds & the States. The very damn thing that the original 13 colonies seceded (separated) from in the first place.

Remember that the Federal Govt is made up of PEOPLE. The word "Federal Government" makes me think of grand buildings of wisdom etc..& then I have to remember that these are just a small handful of PEOPLE who are not complying with the contract (Constitution) that they took an oath to uphold. Maybe we need to amend the Constitution so that when people take office they DO have to sign the Constitution that they will "faithfully uphold and execute the laws of the land."

Also remember that "Obamacare" is illegal on its face. This "law"
was not duly ratified per the Constitutional Amendment Process. The States did not have a vote on delegating this power to the Federal Govt. For example, "Prohibition" was legal because an Amendment was properly ratified with the power to regulate alcohol. So again, until they pass an amendment called Obamacare aka (AHCA) this sucker is NULL & VOID!!!!!

See if they would legislate as a Republic (limited to the 18 powers Constitutional government) then we would NOT have to worry about any of this. BUT since they legislate as if we live in a democracy(majority rule) it comes down to more and more of our freedoms being legislated away!!! Nobody's fault but OURS for electing these scoundrels into office to REPRESENT us. Since a large percentage of you think we are a democracy you can also lay that at King George's feet because he has been on the Fed Education committe since 1975. And the power to legisalte education is not in the Constituion either!!!!

There is NO power granted to Congress to legislate any type of health care in the Constitution!!! NONE!!!! Read it yourself!! Article 1 Sec 8. You must first Amend the Constitution!! Otherwise the rule of law is NOT being followed!
