Couldn't resist; ended up getting the yellow one almost a month after catching this originally. The blue one looked awesome. This song goes way back for me and I was shocked to see it kick off the Monday cover series. Too cool to pass up.

The Challenger is 10 years worth of unchanged. It's reached rental-Impala-status now in terms of lack-of-refresh. It's finally time for it to go while it's on top rather than fizzle out. New tail lights and flipping the bottom grille 180* don't make an old idea fresh again.

A major redesign to the Challenger would mean it's no longer a Challenger. FCA has struggled with this. Originally based on the '70, the current design is based on a '71. If it gets a total makeover and new coupe comes along, hopefully a new nameplate takes over.

Remember the backlash when they slapped the Charger name on a basic sedan, when it was known for being a big coupe? Or the Dart on that FiatNeon? Kind of like that. Don't do that again.

"She said fuck you I'm from Oakland" caught me off-guard at first listen. Literally cheered out loud for that one! One of the best lines in a Green Day song ever. Too cool. Loving this album, and this track is so raw. Great sound.

Unsure about any special editions, but all those local to a Best Buy; here's something for you!

Before you buy, look for or ask about the Bang Bang single (exclusive to Best Buy) which includes Letterbomb live and a $2 discount voucher (inside) for Revolution Radio.

You can get the single for $1.99, and then redeem the discount making the album $7.99 (at the time of this post). $10 for the pair; well worth the effort!

The line regarding the father is powerful because you know Billie poured a lot of himself in to that single sentence. If this is a clue in to their direction, I'm in love. The other two songs were great, but this is phenomenal. Pumped for this album.

They have to add more. There's no way that the production time that went in to making that CD could be worth making only 50 copies and selling them for $25. I'm tempted to go in on it, but if they just add more CDs later there's really nothing all too exclusive about it anymore. I'm torn!

Smart ForTwo earns the highest ratings in 3 of the 4 categories tested according to IIHS. The 4th category is the second highest rating. Where do you get your crash test ratings?

(Head over to IIHS, search the Smart, and click on the tab that says "Other Model Years" and tell me if you see the words Marginal or Poor anywhere. You literally made that up. The IIHS I'm looking at right now is contradicting the imaginary ratings you just invented.)

NBC News ran a story about the original 2008 Smart when it reached this milestone. The car has since then doubled the number of airbags. Where did you see it do poorly?

Stupidity is the lack of an education and the unwillingness to learn. Not that I'm pointing fingers, but people need to do the tiniest amount of research before they spurt off their own opinions as facts.

(I linked right to both of those articles, but apparently, whoever controls what trash gets posted here doesn't like links - because that's too convenient, and fact-based.)

Ah, the Smart - sought after by countless celebrities due to Mercedes backing and the Brabus custom shop, which will tailor any car to any taste at any dollar amount.

I'd love to see an outfit like SRT do anywhere near the amount of custom work that Brabus and AMG do for Daimler-Benz.

In other news, the use of a thug in a Hello Kitty car, however, is quite questionable.

Another American car produced by another American company who had to shut down an entire brand to make money in the U.S. How's Mercury these days? Doing as well as Saturn I'd imagine.

Always funny to remind people that their "American" wonder-car is produced by a mis-managed, inept group of money-grabbers, and the vehicle in question is often majority overseas parts, pieced together by many random factories across Europe and Asia.

Meanwhile Smart is commissioned by Daimler-Benz, as in Mercedes, and is doing fine world-wide; as the Mustang goes in to its 50th year (if you'd like to claim that, forgetting the Mustang II) of mistakes and bumps along the road.

Don't forget to take your Mustang in for the Takata airbag recall. American companies always find a way to use components that are successful in killing people. Wouldn't want you driving around with a bag full of metal shards just inches from your beating heart. 'Murica!

Thank you! People who haven't seen that video are absolutely clueless. Even then, after being presented with facts and video footage, they find something else to nitpick.

The Smart is made with 3 kinds of steel; 2 to deform, and 1 high-strength steel that acts as a roll-cage. The only factory car with a roll cage built-in, by the way.

But... People will hear that and still say it's all physics. No; physics is the video of a Smart sailing through the entire engine compartment of a C-Class.

Here's a fact - people who educate themselves about the Smart and own one love them. Everyone else chooses to dislike them. Still, the haters always arm themselves with questions and curiosity every time I go out, so the interest is always there either way.

Thanks for taking the time out to learn, and arm yourself with knowledge. We need more of you using the internet.

Give a search to the video of a Smart hit by a train. Not a car or a large semi... A freight train.

The driver calmly exited *without injury* to inspect the damage.
