Kids will be kids, and part of growing up is learning what will hurt you and send you on a trip to the ER.If as a kid, you are too defective mentally to safely use and play with your toys, then you need constant supervision. It is the same with dirt! A little dirt never hurt a kid! Lord knows I used to get unrecognizabley dirty as a kid, and loved every minute. There is an upside to all this dirt: You are exposed to all sorts of pathogens thus building up your immune system! My parents had the good sense to let me learn these life-lessons, and I thank them for Not treating me like a precious snowflake.

It is far from being socialist! The Veterans Administration Hospitals are for disabled veterans like myself. We were promised this care with our enlistment. I EARNED My Benefits and Health care! It does NOT cover everyone. Tell me again what is socialistic about this? However I see your mistake, you actually tried to "Think" of something clever when obviously you are unused to that activity. :-)

The Veterans Hospital that I use is a GOD-SEND. While there may be room for improvement, on the whole, I am quite satisfied with the care I receive there. If there are problems in the V.A.'s Health Care System, have an I.G. or Congressional Investigation! To come up with a plan such as what Mitt is suggesting is just stupid. It would result in the needless deaths of quite a few of the very people that have guaranteed this Jackass his opportunity to run for office. The ONLY reason for vouchers would be to further enrich an already bloated Medical establishment and Insurance Industry with Government money, with little to NO increase in the quality of care received by Veterans.
I say: Keep our medical benefits the way they are! And don't piss on my foot and tell me it is raining gold! Selfish Bastards want us to serve, then they want us to just DIE and go away! And I have a word of advice for you "Tea Baggers" take an elementary economics course. It should show you that the entrenched and unfettered economic power base is actually bad for the economy. You are cutting off your nose to spite your face! Dipshits! And If it were not for the designer wars of the past decade (brought to you by a corrupt administration) the HUGE numbers of Veterans seeking care in the current hospitals would be declining by attrition as we speak. (Sorry Guys, but we do eventually die!) However we should have access to quality care until that sad day.

As far as I am concerned, this statement says it all. While I think it is extreamly silly and stupid to name children after notorious historical figures such as "Hitler" etc. etc. It is well within the parents rights to do so.
"Both parents are unemployed and are said to suffer from unnamed physical and mental disabilities." Who exactlly "said" this? And for the record: Many parents have physical and/or mental disabilities. The Courts have upheld the rights of these disadvantaged people to be parents in almost all cases.
It seems to me that someone has taken it upon themselves to foist their own particular brand of political correctness onto these people by having their children placed into foster homes for a non-crime.
