Me, a simpleton? Let me ask you something...

Could a cat figure out 1+1? No. Having emotions has to do with how smart they are. Animals can be smart and quick-witted, but apparently that's not good enough. Not to mention that animals can't THINK. I know for a fact they have instinct, but what you see in them is a disguise. All it is reaction and instinct. It would be an interesting idea to see them have emotions, but unfortunately, they don't.

Another thing, animals don't hold grudges. That's proof, too.

Re: Eric Striffler's Blog!

lol

Re: Eric Striffler's Blog!

Oh my god, there's no creativity in it! I crave creativity, and art, and this is not it! At least, not anymore.

Re: Eric Striffler's Blog!

True, they are living things, but the fact is, they don't have emotions. That kitten probably had no idea it was being burned alive in the first place. It knew it was hot, but it didn't know it was going to die. Along with the touch response, all it could think of was, "Hot." It didn't think this: "SOMEBODY LET ME OUT, I'M GONNA DIE IN HERE!"

I'm sorry to say it, but it's the truth.
