Anyway, in response this;&lt;br&gt;&lt;i&gt;If EPA has to comply, why would they not make the process as painless as possible?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Have you much experience in dealing with EPA or any other environmental regulatory body?&lt;br&gt;We have a much less onerous but still meddlesome Water Resources Control Board to deal with in California logging permitting and it can be an absolute nightmare.
