Actually calling them by phone was very easy. They use click-to-call so I just punched in my phone number, the service calls me immediately and then I'm connected to customer service.

Good point. You can do that inside of tumblr in dashboard mode but we do need a way outside of tumblr as well.

Maybe someone can do it using the newly published tumblr api

I noticed that too. I believe it happens only on non-text posts. E.g. photo, music or video posts on tumblr. I will check with david and see if there is something they can do.
