It's very interesting that in your basic business classes, all of you talk a lot about finding a company culture that you want to be part of. It seems to be a good idea for students to understand what they value versus what the companies out there have - this can in fact help manage expectations for both employees and employers right from the start from an interview when asked about what employees value and whether employers can match with that.

Dear Andrea,

I am writing to you because as a 23 years old working adult, I continue to look forward to being able to doll myself up daily for work but I may yet to still know the best skincare and make up regime for doing so. Having this hamper would certainly help because it consists of the essentials I now know - a great start for myself to begin with. More importantly, it's from a brand that I'm proud and confident with because of its brand story and quirky packaging. I'm Shinn Teo, who is turning 23 years old this coming Dec. For the past 2-3 years, I have been away from home furthering my studies in Switzerland. I never had the chance to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family members, friends and loved ones back home then and it remains as one of my regrets. Likewise, I have never organized a birthday party on my own before but have always dreamed of doing a yacht party because it brings us away from the hustle and bustle of life and together with my loved ones, my favourite quote "in still moments by the sea life seems large-drawn and simple. It is there we can see into ourselves" will finally come true as we seek some fun in the sea, some quiet time when we reflect and enjoy the view. Imagine being able to share the photos with other friends via my Instagram @madeofballoons during and after the party, I hope they share their happiness with me as well. It did help! I was in the midst of doing my project research when I decided to type an 'o' in the web browser and ended up here (one note to play) and it doesn't look like Botanic gardens, if you didn't mention it. Loving the great work and photos you've been putting so much effort in, way to go! :)
