It might have to do with cookies or the secret key, if you are using one. Here is a thread on the WordPress Support Forum with a couple of different possible solutions: http://wordpress.org/suppor...
It seems a lot of people are having trouble with staying logged in or getting logged in because of cookies and the secret key issue.

I noticed something that said something like "flash uploader" - are you uploading via a plug-in? Like NextGen or something that uses an ajax uploader, etc? If so, it's possible that the plug-in is not yet compatible with this version of WordPress.
