Thought the judge almost shook his head in dis-belief when he asked if Amy H was deposed during the check fraud portion and the answer was "No, she was not." And Baez's comment about spoiliation of evidence being something that could be taken care of with jury instructions and a stern talking to from the judge. What the????? Oh, must be something he learned? from the New York lawyer MARRIED to an expert in forensics.(wooo-??? All that medical knowledge just rubs off during the wedding ceremony?? NOT)

Enjoyed Baez being reminded that Amy H was in town for nearly two years to be deposed. With Huizinga, Lazaro, Ruciano, Cain, Melich, all still UN-deposed, what has this dude been doing the last 2 years. Seems like a lawyer would try to take the most important depositions FIRST. Course, I'm not a lawyer, just a dad-gum frustrated observer of this farce.

Bad court performances on live tv can damage an inflated ego, especially after you've already used up the publicity, signed books, and there's not much more jingle to jangle. Guess the whole thing gave her instant assignments for her students. Makes lesson planning much easier. Comes across as an insincere person, well and leaving an innocent man in jail for years and years, and that conceited self-importance speech at that conference...very bad taste.

Her amazing career previous to the Anthony case certainly never made front page news for months at a time. She got her name in the news, sold a couple books, increased her self written importance, time to go.

The prosecution listed the aggravating factors they may use. That's what the order stated. Lyon and Baez seem to want to be given a map on how to proceed. Lyon seems surprised that the 14,000 pages are out there to be read by anyone...wondering why she hasn't availed herself of that opportunity? IMHO...Casey knows she'll be found guilty, she sees this entire scenario as her "last big EVENT" and she's just the main character....everyone else is just supporting cast paying homage to her stardom. Wherever did she get the idea of her own self-importance??? Listening to how she talked to her parents and brother....one gets the idea that it came from her family. If they believe everything that comes out of her mouth....what of hr accusations against them. Wish Cindy would stop posing for her photo ops..leaning against the wall in the elevator, praying in the courtroom, fakeroooey. The guilt must be intense.

I'd believe that her mom helped her cover her tracks. She's twisted enough to think she can outsmart everyone. The first phone call home where Casey says "You don't know what my involvement is and STUFF?" Cindy whines, "Casey." Casey says, "NO." Sure sounded like Cindy knew EXACTLY what Casey's involvement was, even at that moment. Sent George back to work, washed the clothes, aired the car, then realized LE was still on their way from the first calls. Had to come up with a plan quickly...think Cindy and Lee knew all along?

Let's see, now which character was left hanging in the wind. No pay, money troubles of his own, confidant of Cindy's, lied under oath, has reason to deal and owes no one in the Ant familyor the Baez camp much of anything. HMMM...who may have seen part of that $200,000 plus should have belonged in his pocket? Either him or someone found that lost cell phone with pictures on it....sick MissTwist did like to record everything, now didn't she. Or with photography being her life's love...maybe Miss Ant found a new way to make money selling special pictures. They busted several rings of those sicktwists in Florida a while back...maybe images of someone were found.

You didn't take time to look them up, did you? They are about the size of a fruit fly, but they are attracted to decomposition. They have distinctive characteristics, like their hunchback appearance. No mistaking them for any other species, really. They are the scourge of mausoliums and funeral homes. Coffin fly is the common name, but you can find out about them by just googling "Coffin Fly".

Very vocal and a completely similar take on the entire crime. Says he hopes to have Caylee home for Christmas with FBI help. There are a few comments and one interesting link to a document. If you'll look up coffin flies, you'll see that they are a little different than other flies. Really pretty interesting as they can get through even the smallest opening to get at decomposing organisms. Small enough to even get through a closed trunk. They can burrow down through soil. Presence of them indicates something was already decomposing.

I'll admit I checked fire reports in the area at that time. One house burned to the foundation, was unoccupied, and I thought they probably didn't sift through what was left. There was a rash of unexplained grass fires. Another house burned and a woman inside died. Could have been something she considered easily, maybe even tested out??

In the end, before her dad took the cans, I figured she intended to torch the car with the body in the trunk and her purse in front. Her family would have been mourning losing Casey and Caylee both.

Then Casey would just disappear, start on her new bella vida on the cash from Amy. Found too soon by her mother and Casey had some explaining to do....had to lie. Zanny then became "the kidnapper". jmo...

You probably think it was:
to hide Caylee’s identity during another criminal activity, which caused her death.
to support evidence of the "kidnapping",story as Casey reported
an unwritten warning to Casey to keep her mouth shut or death was coming
to delay decomposition fluid leaking, hastening decomposition.

Casey's fan is still looking for an explanation to this crime besides the obvious one which logic and the evidence explain. Anyone on here could list about 10 reasons for the duct tape, from knowledge of decomposition to furtherance of some other horrific act. About 4 reasons would make sense, the others would just be conjecture. None of them point to any killer but the one sitting in jail, eating porkrinds, awaiting trial.

Her family is going, "whew, we still don't have to visit...they can still videotape". Great built in excuse for not having to see her. Still free to make all those "grandollars". IMO
