Old Glory flew over slavery a lot longer than the confederate battle flag. Very few Americans owned slaves, you're trying to tell me that all those southerners, less than 5% of which owned slaves, actually fought to keep slavery and not to keep their state's rights? 4 slave holding states remained with the north. Their slaves were not freed until AFTER the civil war was over. If you are gonig to blame a flag for slavery, perhaps it should be Old Glory?

As a mom, I can tell you, two teenagers, huddled together in a corner, nose to nose are up to something, I don't care what color they are. I don't think Ms. Tuohy cared what color they were either. Apparently you do though. Have you never interfered with teens? I have, several times. And I don't remember what color they all were, nor do I care.

Use that cellphone you are on to call the cops. There were 4 minutes in which Zimmerman lost Martin, he could have gone home and called the cops, instead he back tracked and attacked Zimmerman.

Yes, she should have been fired. Would I hire her? Depends on what kind of business I have. I certainly wouldn't hire her to work with the elderly or the disabled. She and her friend need to be working with people who can fight back and tell them they are being jerks when they are being jerks.

IMO, people are using these developmentally challenged adults to stuff the ballot boxes. This isn't new, it's been going on for years. My mother used to work at the Rainier School. She talked about busses pulling up and picking up these developmentally challanged individuals who were then helped to vote for the democrats. IMO, it's a crime.

My youngest son is developmentally challenged and if ANYBODY uses him to stuff the ballot box, I'll be stuffing something else with them. He's not capable of making a decision like that and shouldn't be voting at all.

I was born in England on an American Air Force Base, my brother was born in Japan on an American Air Force base. When my brother tried to bring his wife here from Thailand, he was told he wasn't a US citizen. He and I have both been naturalized now, which means neither one of us can run for president. It doesn't matter that we were born on American Air Force Bases, or that both are parents are American citizens...we are not native born Americans. Now why do you think there should be an exception for McCain?

The truth is, McCain does have a loophole in that Panama was an American territory at the time. That's what makes him native born, not the fact that he was born on an American Naval Base.

McCain was born in Panama on an American Naval Base and if those were the only facts, I don't think he'd be elegible to run for president either. However, Panama was an American territory at the time and I think that gives him a loophole.

Obama, on the other had, was adopted by his stepfather in Indonesia and traveled the world on an Indonesian passport at the age of 20, while he was in college. Indonesia doesn't accept duel citizenship, this means that even if (and imo that's a big if) he were born in Hawaii, he gave up his citizenship and isn't an American citizen.

I fear for our country when he gets in and the truth comes out as it will create a constitutional crisis and from that point on anybody from anywhere will be able to become our president.

Obama proudly proclaims he is a "citizen of the world". Do you really think we need a "citizen of the world" for our president? Or do we need and American citizen for our president?

Personally, I'm voting for Chuck Baldwin, a constitutionalist. Our forefathers never intended us to be slaves to a two party system.
