But that's changed.  There are widespread signs of bullish sentiment extreme enough to be contrarian bearish.  This is true not only for what people say (e.g., the sentiment polls) for also for what they do (e.g., option ratios, mutual fund flows, insider selling).  I'm responding to these signals in two ways.  One is to trim back my holdings a bit.
