It works. With the newest PlayOnMac there is no need to go to the wine site. What I did was:

Try to install only with POM using the "System" wine. Didn't work, got some windows errors. highlight my banished virtual disk. Open configuration. (the 5th icon). Right to the "vine version" you find a + sign. Click on it. A window opens and on the left side you see all wine versions that POM knows. I used the newest version which was 1.7.20. Copy it from left to right to your installation with the arrow. Now you can choose 1.7.20 instead of the System version. Follow tutorial from point 7 onward.

- no need to go to wine website
- use newest wine version from POM
- uncheck vsync and everything works fine, at least at my macbook pro.

For me, this years tour to Venice at the carnival was THE fav experience. Shot 1000 pictures, got 1 great shot.

Everyone admires Ansel Adams, so do I. Learned a lot in terms of Photoshop from Scott Kelby, but what I do most is landscape photography, so my favourite photographer is Galen Rowell.
