Frackers don't want communities to embrace constitutionally-available local rule making, so the industry threw down and got their wish.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you had ever petitioned you'd know that it's more than just money. In fact, though money is political grease, the powers that actually make government (politics) tick ALWAYS have tons more money than any group that's advocating for the public at-large.
