@ Fuunkk, i have the same prob. I used Redsn0w but its unable to recognize the IPSW for latest firmware 3.0.1. I had an open and jailbroken 3G iphone before i accidently updated it to 3.0.1. Now it asks for legit SIM which i don't have. Iphone world guys, could you please help us out here? Thanks and appreciate any response to this resulting to a successful remedy !

Fuunkk, I have the same problem. Redsn0w says the IPSW is unrecognizable. Iphone world team, could you please help us out with this? i had an open and jailbroken 3G iphone but now, it is unusable. Hi there. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem? i am having an 3G iphone. It was open and jailbroken. All of a sudden it got stuck. I used itune 8.2 to restore it and after having done that, i get a msg saying i have to insert the original SIM Card. I just bought this iphone from Dubai and don't have any SIM Card originally supplied with it. Could you please help? do i have to downgrade it to 2.2.1? i used the redsn0w but it says "unrecognised specified IPSW". Thanks alot for your help !
