I think I'll go with a panther if I'm a veggie vampire in the Amazon... I'm not sure why I picked that animal but I have a feeling that they'll taste good... ROFL...

In the case of the Volturi, they are simply rallying everyone up because even though they are friends with Carlisle, the Cullens are inevitably one of the biggest coven out there. They need to show the vampire community that they are still in control. Also, the Cullens are fair, have morals, natural pacifists (so there would be less conflicts) and are not obsessed with power. They can easily win over most of the vampire community and take over as the leaders if they want too. Therefore, they are seen as a big threat by the Volturi. You'll see later that it's not really about Renesmee but more about the Cullens as a whole. I'd say that they barely care that the Cullens 'broke' the rules. As long as they can find a reason to get rid of them or at least make sure that they 'gifted' ones are on their side, the Volturi doesn't really care what the reason is.

Btw, I don't think you'll like to eat a parrot. There's too much feathers to pluck.... XD

Keeping it short again, I was waiting (and dreading) the battle between the Cullens and the wolves as well, it is kind of a relief that they didn't fight. About Charlie, Bella won't have to do anything. That's all that I can say about it. *points her fingers at the insecure little wolf at the corner (coughjacobcough)* It's his fault! XD

I'll keep it really short today... :D .... I never had a problem with Jacob imprinting on Renesmee (as I have theorized before) and in all honesty, Stephenie did try to prepare us for it through Quil and Claire.

The confrontation between Bella and Jacob is one of my favorite moments in that book! When Bella snapped at him I was like "YOU GO GIRL! SHOW HIM WHO'S THE BOSS NOW!!!"

Edward didn't want Bella to be present when he's hunting because when they (the Cullens) hunt, they give into themselves completely. Meaning that they almost have no regard as to what they're biting into as long as it has blood and that blood smells good to them. If Edward has somewhat foolishly let Bella near him while hunting, Bella would definitely be the first to go rather than Bambi. Considering how her blood sings to him, Edward wouldn't have been able to stop himself from biting and draining Bella of her blood when he's in that state of hunger and is hunting. So it's really more for Bella's sake (as always XD ) rather than his fear of Bella fearing him that made him keep her away when he's hunting.

At first, I thought that being in control of her thirst is Bella's power coupled with her former intolerance of blood but then I realised that Bella, unlike most vampires had a lot of time to prepare herself from becoming a vampire. Most people doesn't even know that vampires exist until they are one themselves. Bella was aware of the existence of vampires and is expecting herself to become one. She had around a year of mental preparation that a lot of newborns doesn't have. Along with that, she knew that she wouldn't be following the normal vampire diet. That's another thing that she was prepared for. So with all the mental preparations that she had, it's logical that she's in control of herself while being a newborn. After all, after all those preparation the only thing left is mind over matter and she had the best teacher when it comes to that :D . I also still think that her former intolerance to blood helped her somewhat to be in control (even though she had a conversation with Edward as to which blood smells tastier XD )

Hmm, I think Bella's still the same. Granted that she's now able to jump off window in stilettos without causing damage to herself (and her surroundings XD ) Edward already saw her as someone beautiful and perfect as a human. The only difference, now that she's a vampire is that she more graceful and more beautiful. Inside, she's still the same person that he fell in love with. She's still smart, altruistic, and stubborn. I also think that secretly, Edward hated Bella's fragility as a human because it put a lot of restrictions in their relationship and was also the cause of most of their troubles. Just because Edward didn't want to take her humanity away (at the beginning) doesn't mean that he doesn't long to be able to hold Bella just like how Carlisle would to Esme. Though yeah, I was also expecting Bella to be the only clumsy vampire in the world that would've been nice and funny (in my opinion XD ) it would've given her a more human side in her (not that being a biological mother to Renesmee whilst being a vampire isn't human enough)

To answer your question, I guess it depends. I surely wouldn't want to take away human lives but if I didn't have the same mental preparation that Bella has then I guess I have no choice. I don't think I'll be able to resist the smell of human blood like Carlisle, he was a newborn. But if I had the preparation that Bella had then I think I'll go for a Mountain Lion :D nothing says a good first meal as a vampire like a mountain lion (which I'll be scared to approach as a human)

You must consider that from the very beginning (and I do mean the very first page of Twilight) Bella is a selfless person by nature. Three quarters of the time, she's thinking about the well-being of other people rather than herself. So her concern over the baby and Edward and Jacob's feelings are natural to Bella. Her concern over the baby can be attributed to both her selfless nature and her instincts as a mother. Mother's are naturally protective over their children (whether they be animals or human or supernatural XD ). Even through the pain of being transformed, she was determined not to scream (after the morphine was gone) because she knew that it would torment Carlisle and most specially, Edward.

For your question, I'm not sure. It depends I guess on the reason as to why I'm becoming a vampire. If it's not a good enough reason then I don't think that it's worth the pain even if it's just for three days.

Ah the gore fest... To be honest, only Rosalie was in trouble of controlling herself since Edward has finally overcome his lust for blood after New Moon but yes, seeing Jacob slam Rosalie into the wall was kinda nice since she's been asking for it from the beginning :D

Regarding Edward's decision to change Bella, it wasn't something that he decided right there and then. The fact that he has a syringe of his venom ready means that he made this decision a long time ago, probably since they got back from their honeymoon. Edward knew that delivering the baby would be fatal to Bella and he has to change her immediately if he doesn't want to lose her.

Looking back at it, all the other dangers that Bella faced before was avoidable. James was after Bella because Edward responded to James' taunting but really, he wasn't that big of a threat. If Edward didn't leave Bella then all the trouble with the wolves and the Volturi wouldn't had happened and the trouble with Victoria would've been avoided as well if the James problem was avoided. This on the other hand was inevitable, no one knew that Edward could impregnate Bella and Bella's determination to keep the baby made it clear to Edward that if she was going to survive the delivery of the baby, she would have to be changed immediately.

About Jacob, I had this theory that Jacob was 'in love' with the part of Bella was to become her daughter's (if that made sense at all XD ) Bella is meant to be the mother of Jacob's imprintee and so he felt drawn to her. That's what made Bella feel so happy whenever she saw Jacob when she was pregnant. It was the baby's and Jacob's feelings of being drawn to each other. He was unconsciously reaching for Renesmee, not Bella (as he originally thought).

And yes, Jacob wasn't too phased by Edward and Bella's marriage because marriage is something that can be discarded now in our modern world. It doesn't have the same meaning that it used to have centuries ago. Becoming a vampire on the other hand is eternal, it's not reversible. It can be noted that Jacob was doing okay during the wedding reception until Bella mentioned that she was going to be turned soon. Jacob cannot follow Bella anymore once she becomes a Vampire, she'll be an enemy or at the least, someone who is very much out of reach. To Jacob (and most of the wolves), becoming a vampire is a fate worse than death. For Bella, someone he cares so much about, to willingly choose to become a vampire it's almost as bad as seeing your wife/husband to plea for death and love it.

I haven't read the actual book but I've seen the Disney adaptation and another live action one (can't remember which one considering that I was around 10 and it was around midnight when I watched it but I'm quite sure it was Alice in Wonderland)

Tim Burton version is soooo going to be epic! Can't wait to see it!!!

HAHAHAHA.... Maybe they did... The long chapter tittles are not gonna last long though. Charlie stopping Jacob and him spilling the truth about the mythical place of Forks, WA? OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO.... (eah that's all I'm going to say about that....)

About Jacob searching for his 'imprintee' I'm guessing that he didn't do that before because imprinting was considered to be rare in the pack so he didn't think it was possible for him to be able to imprint (until most of the pack started imprinting XD ). If he imprinted on one of the girls at the mall, I'd say he'd be able to leave Bella. We've seen that with the Sam, Emily, Leah love triangle. I have a feeling that he'd finally accept Edward as Bella's husband and he'll be (grudgingly) happy for her.

Yeah, Jacob is the real Alpha though most of the pack is loyal to Sam, so if he gives his blessing it is not really breaking the treaty. Besides, even Sam was considering letting Bella be turned at the start of the book, before all this crazy stuff with the baby started. The real problem here that Sam's pack is considering as a threat is the baby rather than Bella turning into a vampire (if my memory and logic serves me right XD )

Ah the gore fest that started the split in the fandom... Have fun.... ROFL.... More rollercoaster of emotions and events coming your way....

Oh dear! It's already too much! I don't think that any other actor in Hollywood is being mobbed by fans as much as Rob. Give him a break people! Even if I'm not a big Robert Pattinson fan I know that it's not right to mob an actor. He' still human therefore, he still needs his privacy. How would you feel if you were being mobbed by fangirls left, right and center that you can't even go out in peace anymore?

Yes, it is 'part of his job' to have a lot of fans but really, can you still call those people fans? Even the ones who sends you rude emails. If they are real fans then they should know to be courteous and to respect Rob and other people. Rob has been nothing but polite to his fans and this is what he gets in return. Poor Rob.

Ah! So it's in this chapter!!! I love how in this chapter, something just clicked and Edward was suddenly accepting the baby. It's where Edward suddenly realises that what is growing inside of Bella is not so much of a monster that he initially thought it was. I felt proud of Edward when he handed his keys to Jacob. He knew that him accepting the baby would just kill Jacob even more.

I felt so sorry for Jacob. I just want him to be able to imprint or at least find someone that can fill the gap and yes, I was also hoping for a romance between Leah and Jacob during this part of the book. They seem so close that it seems possible in the future.

To answer your question, I was so glad that the baby was a girl! I mean it would be kind of acceptable if EJ stands for "Edward Junior" but "Edward Jacob"? It's worse than Albus Severus! (You'll see what I mean once you've read Harry Potter, though I kind of like the name Albus Severus) I like Renesmee Carlie Cullen, though in my opinion, Carlie Renesmee Cullen sounds waaaaaay better.

It's nice and catchy though it's not my particular brand of music... it's too pop-y and techno for me and New Moon for that matter... I can't picture it fitting anywhere in the actual movie itself. It might fit as an ending credits song though I doubt that this would actually make the soundtrack... The movie is gonna be very intense from what I've seen in the epic super HD quality trailer XD and this song is just too up-beat for a movie that is gonna be full of tension and emotion.

Hmm.... I forgot what happened in this chapter and I'm afraid to open the book since I just might forget that I'm in the middle of the exams and start reading the book again.... (Not a good idea to write about Vampire molecular structure during my Chemistry exam XD )

To answer your question, If this was back in New Moon or Twilight then I would've said No but now that we're past Eclipse, We've seen that Bella realised that she has a 'better' choice. Once she realised that she was in love with Jacob she knew that she could have the 'normal' life. She knows the consequences of becoming a vampire and she has chosen to become one despite knowing all of this. We knew that it was a tough choice for her, it was manifested through her illusion of those two kids running away from her towards Eclipse. It maybe something that she decided over night but it's a decision where she has weighed out all her options. So with that in mind, I do think that it is a healthy relationship because she's not completely blinded by love.

Besides, even if she did decide to stay human just a little longer, in the end, she will still become a vampire. Unless Edward leaves her again, (though, I'd say she'll be broken beyond repair if that happens and even Jacob won't be able to 'fix' her) she's going to choose Edward over Jacob again and again. She knows that she can't live without Edward. Therefore, if she did choose to stay as human, it's going to be the same as Romeo and Juliet. They both die at the end, cause as we've seen in New Moon, once Edward thought that Bella was dead, he went to Volterra faster than you can say "Quidditch" (sorry had to lighten the mood a bit XD ).

That picture of your room is not as bad as my room at the moment... The reason? It's exam time and usually, student's rooms are the cleanest during exam time (from all the procrastination that we do XD ) but mine is just plain messy. Notes, books, pens and bags everywhere along with my basket freshly washed clothes (thanks mom!)

Anyway, Jacob in a sun-dress??? ROFL! I'd like to see that someday XD.... You gotta love the 'relationship' that Jacob and Rosalie has, it's hilarious! Specially after the baby is born.... hmm... better shut up now... and oh! there's another reason why Bella is always happy to see Jacob beside from the obvious.

For your question, I think that he would leave if Bella told him to but only if he's sure that she's gonna be happy. It's quite evident that he was willing to step down as soon as he found out that Bella chose Edward. He only has qualms about Edward because he's a vampire and that he's (Edward) going to turn Bella.

LOL so you joined the club of people that was disgusted by the scene! Hahaha... Oddly enough I'm one of those weirdos that wasn't the least bit disturbed by the scene. I accepted the logic and moved on... As for the Jacob turning into a wolf thing, the wolflosion (yes, I'm the same person as Sakura2miaka from youtube XD ) was exactly as I imagined it! I guess Chris Weiz really is the best man for the job (though that's obvious considering how he marvelously managed to create Pullman's Daemons in the Golden Compass)

I love it! I have to say, I like this poster better than the ones from Twilight... Yes, Kristen does look very different in this poster compared to the Twilight posters. I love how this poster is a complete contrast to the Twilight posters which has kind of a cold feeling to it (which it should considering that it's about the vampires). This one has a warmer feeling to it (it's been overloaded with brown!!!!!!!!!) which I think represents the werewolves (Duh...). I love the positioning in this picture! Some people said that Bella should be in the middle but I think that should be done in Eclipse rather than New Moon. This poster has waaay more symbolism compared to the ones of Twilight. It almost gives the story away (to us who've read the book anyway XD ). After looking at the high-res version of the poster, I think you're right! That is an eclipse!!! That's sooooo cool!!!

BTW Kudos to you for refusing to post the poster until Summit gave the permission to do so ^^

I like the picture of the "Chicken gone bad" it's cute... Hahaha... Poor Kaleb, having to read all about Edward and Jacob's... anatomy. About Edward's reaction to Bella's pregnancy, you gotta take into account that Edward sees himself as a monster and he didn't even think that he could make Bella pregnant. So, if he's a monster and creating a baby isn't really possible (in his mind) then in his mind, that 'thing' that is growing inside Bella is a monster as well and it's going to cause Bella harm. Bella is always his first priority and you'll see just how far he's willing to go to ensure her safety (as if what he did in New Moon wasn't enough :D ) as you read on....

Aww!!!! that was sooo cute! Congratulations to her! She's gonna have her own little nudger!!! GOOD LUCK ON YOUR EXAMS! ^^
