Why do you feel sorry for it? I mean yeah it's dead but one person dies every 8 seconds. The two pictures are definetly not of the same thing. Also, how big is the damn thing? One inch or twenty feet? It could be a rat for all we know.

If it was animal testing the goverment would make sure that nobody important said the truth. But may be if we found a retired CIA agent he/she could tell us but they would be breaking the natinal code of secretsy.
