I usually skip steps 1-3 and go straight to step 4. I've taken to using my hand soap, which is antibacterial, so that the brushes are disinfected.

I enjoy being natural because there is no more abuse to my scalp! I am extremely tenderheaded and no longer have to scream every six weeks, have scabs afterwards, and deal with the itching that comes when it's time for another relaxer! I have been natural for three years, and six months of it locing.

I went to Chicago and met a bunch of cousins for the first time. I didn't get on that overseas trip, but I did at least get my passport! WOot! Caribbean island, here I come! Maybe I'll go this winter....or maybe Australia...or maybe...more thinking to do, I guess.

I haven't stupid tax before....I got a cell phone in my name for a boyfriend. I knew it was dumb, but I had a break from reality for a small time. Sure enough, maybe 6 months later the phone was cut off. Finally got a hold of him and the lame excuses came. Two years later, I checked my credit report and $815 had been charged off. Reminder that I need more of a commitment (WAYYYYY more of a commitment) before I involve my credit or my personal belongings in my relationships.
