I was at the Redmond Community meeting last night and we discussed about this problem and I saw the people who were in support of my coach. Ronda is one the most INSPIRATIONAL and INCREDIBLE person I have ever met- I could truly call her my hero. I have learned so much from her and could not have asked for a more talented coach these past 2 years. This is my third year in the program, and Ronda has done NOTHING but put her HEART &amp; SOUL into our team. Not only is she a TREMENDOUS coach, she is a working mom of four and a student- someone who never minded juggling around her family life to do what she loved most. She was always present at our games and ready with new ideas at our practices. I know I could always come to Ronda about anything. She truly cares about each &amp; every single one of her athletes, always making sure our grades were up and that we respected our teachers at all times. Ronda pushed us beyond the things we thought possible and taught us to NEVER DOUBT- to take things just one step at a time. She worked us hard and coached us into ATHLETES- into State Champions.</p><p>I believe that “some” have been BLINDSIGHTED by a few parents and their daughters. Ronda is not "dangerous" to our team, she would NEVER do anything to hurt us, and those who know Ronda FIRST hand, know exactly that. I have never heard parents who had issues about the team discuss their concerns to everyone else, or seen them talk to Ronda to work things out. Instead, I feel that they have gone around her and the rest of us to solve their problem.</p><p>COME ASK our team, MORE than 20 of us will tell you how much of an AMAZING person Ronda is. They will tell you how dedicated and passionate she is and how much she has IMPACTED each and every single one of our lives. For those who have concerns, if you feel so STRONGLY with what you believe in, then please SPEAK UP and STOP hiding under the radar letting others to do the job for you. Being wrapped up by the second handed words of your daughters &amp; using your own personal reasons to make the decision for the rest of us is completely selfish. Did you ever take a moment to be in someone else’s shoe?</p><p>Ronda has done so many TREMENDOUS things for Redmond and all people could do was hear ONE side of the story and judge their decisions upon that.</p><p>This has really ruined my last year of high school, and has shattered all the great things our team has built.</p><p>You can agree or disagree with what I have written.
