Yes there may be collateral damage. My only hope is that people are doing what I'm doing. Not being in any environment with these assholes. We're what....5 months in and I'm still talking to my neighbors over the fence. Not that they're trump supporters but only because I don't know who they've been around. I and many others can reduce our risk. Will there be collateral damage. Yes. First responders, hospital workers etc.

4 oz of gauze seems to scare the shit out of people. Have you notice that wearing a mask you smile more? I kid you not. The rare occasions that I'm less that 20 feet from someone...everyone smiles. You can see it in the eyes. On the downside, my wife took a photo of me on her phone. I never realized that my crowsfeet descend down my cheeks. I hate this getting old shit.

Okay...completely OT. Mid 90's I'm working on a film in the Ca. high desert. Early Dec and it's colder than shit. We're all sitting around those big space heaters...it's 2:am, we're huddled together waiting to work, covered in "disaster" make up...fullers earth and baby oil....WE LOOK LIKE SHIT. For some reason we started making Deliverance jokes. This goes on for a while and I say..."Squeal like a pig!!". I'm looking across the little circle and a guy standing right outside the circle, turns, grins and gives me a thumb up. It's Bill McKinney...the guy who said the line in the movie. FREAKED MY ASS OUT. For half a second I thought I'd conjured the guy up.
