I love how you ignore the union questions and the pay freeze. You just bable on and on. You have now clue. Supervisor do nothing ok . So why is we go to the street and find people sitting in their houses for hours. or the fact that customer are calling in saying a carrier has been on a cell phone for an hour and they are waiting for their mail. Also big one here ...when a supervisor goes to the street with a carrier they come back 2 hours earlier. so who kidding who. it the craft and the union milking this cow to all ends and don't care. I really mean to be a clerk carrier so easy A CAVE MAN COULD DO IT.
Oh you have 24 years so you will never change. do you understand that i ask you questions and you avoid them and go about how management is to blame???? You never answer the question about bonuses?? when was the last time management got one 2-3 years ago. Wake join the present day. Did you know that with every support job gone everything falls on the supervisor to do. I have one more for you if you have been in 24 years and being a supervisor was so much beneficial

See now this is for the public. This person is so misinformed or a head strong union person. Bonus what that??? Raises maybe 2 % last year to your contract raise and cola so who is kidding who???

Clerk, Supervisor and now station manager. which i run myself. I do plenty for the bottom line and i can tell from your reaction that you are not reasonable ,you have that owe me personality. Grow up smell the coffee, other companies and the union are taking pay cuts. Oh and yes all PECE'S pay is
frozen. I know I am not getting a raise this year but you already have with colas, plus you didn't mention overtime and colas ,,,,Management doesn't get .. let the rules for management apply to you and you will be looking for a secong job if you can find one with unemployment at 10%

Where did you get your info.. Management is and has been on a pay freeze for over a year. But the union still get their raises, cola's.
Did you know Supervisors do not get Over time nor do they receive Cola's.
I also love how you say you have been sacrificing for years. Do you mean long breaks, poor worth ethics????? or wasted time running and crying to your stewart becuase you were ask to work????
