While many of my social views lean left, as a fiscal conservative I have always supported Elizabeth Dole at the polls.

Not this time.

Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Atheist........one of the foundations of the American system and culture is the ability to practice whatever religion......or not........that you choose.

While I, myself, am an atheist, I support people of faith in their beliefs and am proud to live in a country that allows us the freedom of religion, but I also believe, not only in the separation of church and state, but in fairness and ethical behavior.

Apparently Elizabeth Dole and I no longer see eye to eye on fundamentals.

Shameful.

More than anything it's a matter of judgement; this ad shows a serious lack of good judgement and that is a quality that I would hope we would have in our Senators.

I have been disappointed with the nature of the ad's from both parties, but this one was Over The Top!

Congrats Senator Hagan.......I believe you have just won this one; you certainly have my vote as I can no longer, in good conscience, vote for Elizabeth Dole.
